Mumbai: Bollywood super star actor Salman Khan burst into tears during the hearing of his hit and run case, which declared him guilty and sentenced him five years of jail on Wednesday, thedailysiasat reported.

According to details, Salman Khan burst into tears as soon as the court announced its final remarks of his conviction in the case of his hit and run.

His sisters also started weeping in the court upon the announcement of sentence of five years of jail by the judge.

Bollywood top actress, Hema Malini said that we pray to God that Salman’s sentence would be decreased to a shorter period of time.

It is not the first time any Bollywood actor has been sentenced to jail, but many others including Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Saif Ali Khan and John Abraham have also been sent to jail one or other reasons in past.
