Rawalpindi- On Saturday General Raheel Shareef, Chief of army staff visited Sri Lankan Army Head Quarters. A meeting was also held between General Raheel Shareef and his Sri Lankan Counterpart Lieutenant General A W J De Silwa, stated by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Raheel Shareef was informed about the professional matters and training of the Sri Lankan Army. Both the army Chief talked on the issues of common interest such as professional co-operation and to enhance the co-operation in the defence area. General Raheel Shareef and General A W J De Silwa decided to continue partnership in opposing terrorism as both countries are battling terrorism from many decades.
