Karachi- Syed Qaim Ali shah, the Chief Minister of Sindh announced on Saturday that the inhabitants of Karachi are allowed to go to the beach nevertheless they should abstain from going in deep water. Due to the high tidal waves the Sindh Government had no choice but to putt Section 144 into action that is to stop people from going to the beach. To stop the people from going to the beach, police has been assigned on the paths which ultimately lead to the sea.
The citizens of Karachi acted furiously due to the decision made by Syed Qaim Ali Shah. They stated that the beach is the only source of relaxation and refreshment in this weather whereas the Government is attempting in taking away the only way of enjoyment from them. The citizens insisted the government in taking preventative measures to counter the high tides rather than banning the only entertainment they have left.
